Personnel very courteous and helpful. The arrangement was nice, although, I thought it would have been bigger than it was. Instead of the pink, it had one plant with yellow flowers.

My nephew, bright, successful, 36 years years old died suddenly. My heart goes out to my sister and I wanted to send her something that would point more to his life than his death. So I thought that this beautiful basket fit the bill completely. The combination of live flowers with beautiful plants was perfect. As these plants grow and flower year after year, may they remind her of his life and the great things he has done in the short time he had on this earth. Thank you for offering this and a few other live plants.

I was concerned ordering online from a funeral home website. I knew actual business is not local but had to have used local business. Well they did a wonderful job. I was afraid I'd be embarrassed instead I was proud. Kudos to both businesses. AND SO CONVENIENT!

I had a terrible experience when I ordered this basket from The Sympathy Store, but it wasn't their fault. The florist in Chattanooga, which I don't have the name of, is the one who took my money and sent a terribly inferior arrangement to my friend, whose mother had just passed. When she sent me a photo of the arrangement, I was so embarrassed. I called The Sympathy Store and told them about my experience. They had me send a photo of the arrangement, and they gave me a partial refund. Though I was very disappointed in what the florist sent to my friend's mother's funeral, I was satisfied with the way The Sympathy Store took responsibility and gave me a partial refund. For that, I am thankful. If you can't be there to see what you send, always ask for a photo!!
